If the ordered products cannot be delivered, SVIJET DEKORA Ltd., will offer to the customer another similar product and after the customer confirms by e-mail that the offer suits him, SVIJET DEKORA will deliver the products to the customer according to the selected delivery method no earlier than the next day. If the customer does not like the offer, we will return the funds.

We do not deliver products based on the confirmation of payment, but only after the payment is visible in our account. In the case of payments in Croatian commercial banks, it is usually the next working day, and in many cases two working days after the day of payment, and in the case of payments in Croatian Post offices at least two working days after the payment.

If you are paying with a bank transfer or general payment slip and would like the package to arrive as quickly possible for this type of payment, please fill out the bank transfer or general payment slip correctly and make sure you enter the correct reference number as it can significantly affect the speed of delivery, and make sure to make the payment in a commercial bank before 12.00 p.m. 

For all payments that are received before 12.00 p.m. and are visible in our account, delivery starts the same or the next working day, and the delivery time further depends on the delivery conditions of the courier service and the address to which the products are delivered. For all payments received before 12.00 p.m., delivery starts the same day.

You can unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. To exercise the right to unilaterally terminate this contract, you must inform us of your decision to unilaterally terminate the contract before the deadline by a clear statement by post or e-mail, giving your first and last name, your address, phone number or e-mail address or you may use the attached sample form.

The deadline for unilateral termination of the contract is 14 days from the day when the products that are the subject of the contract were handed over to your possession.





You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the products as a result of the handling of the products, except that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristic and functionality of the goods.

RETURN OF THE PRODUCTS



Return the products or hand them over to us (SVIJET DEKORA d.o.o., Lug 74, 47201 Draganići) without undue delay, and in any case no later than within 14 days from the day you sent us your decision to unilaterally terminate the contract.







COSTS OF RETURNING THE PRODUCTS




You must bear the direct costs of returning the products yourself unless it is a question of fault or a defective product on our part. In this case we will replace the product free of charge or return your money.








The provisions of Article 4, paragraph 2 of the Law on Consumer Protection stipulate that the provisions of the Law on Obligatory Relations shall be applied to mandatory legal relations between consumers and entrepreneurs, and Article 43, paragraph 2 of the same Law, in the event of material defects in the product, is governed by the relationships between consumers and entrepreneurs to the provision of the Obligatory Relations Act on liability for material defects. The consumer´s rights under the rules on liability for material defects are defined in Articles 400-422. The Law on the Obligations (NN.No.35/05, 41/08, 125/11) and the provisions of Article 403, paragraph 4, provide that in the event of a consumer contract, the consumer as buyer is not obliged to investigate or verify the matter to give, but is obliged to inform the seller of the existence of visible defects within two months of the date on which he discovered the defect and no later than two years after the risk has passed to the consumer.

 We accept complaints according to the manufacturer´s specification for the product you purchased. You can send the defective product to „SVIJET DEKORA D.O.O., LUG 74, 47201 DRAGANIĆI“ after which we will determine whether the complaint is valid. If the complaint is valid, we will replace the defective product with new and correct one. If the products are damaged in transit, the customer is entitled to free service from the courier . When reporting a defective product you must attach a copy of the invoice, a description of the defect and the original packaging.

NOTICE ON EXISTENCE OF LIABILITY FOR MATERIAL DEFECTS


According to the Consumer Protection Act, products purchased at a distance (when it is not a personal takeover, but sent by courier service) can be returned (at your own expense) within 14 days at the latest from the date of receipt, exclusively in their original and undamaged packaging to the branches address SVIJET DEKORA D.O.O., LUG 74, 47201 DRAGANIĆI with the indication „Return of products“. A copy of the invoice and a written notice of termination of the contract with the account number to which we will return the funds must be attached to the products eligible for return. Otherwise, we will not be able to process the refund. The return of the products excludes products that have been used and/or have visible damage. If the packaging is damaged or some parts are missing, the return will be refused. Transport costs are borne by the buyer.

We are not responsible for wrongly ordered products. In case of return of correct products, the buyer bears the shipping costs. The products must be returned to the seller in undamaged and original packaging, with all attached documents and associated equipment. The return must be arranged in advance.
