STATEMENT ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

SVIJET DEKORA Ltd. undertakes to protect the personal data of customers by collecting only the necessary for the fulfilment of our obligations; informs customers about the way that collected data is used, regularly gives customers a choice in the use of their data including the ability to decide whether or not they want their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns.

Personal data is any information that relates to a specific civil person or identifiable civil person. In particular, personal data is all data used to determine the customer´s identity (for example, first and last name, electronic address, residential address, etc.).

Processing of personal data is any action or set of actions performed on personal data, by automatic means or otherwise, such as collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation or modification, withdrawal, inspection, use, disclosure by transmission, publication or otherwise done available, sorting or combining, blocking, deleting or destroying and performing logical, mathematical and other operations with this data.


 

By registering on the website www.wodecor.hr, purchasing as a guest or accessing the site itself, the Buyer consents to the Seller processing his personal data specified in the registration form and order data, as well as data available in the service payment process and other data. This data is used for the purpose of concluding and executing contracts and for purpose of familiarizing the seller with the purchasing habits of customer, as well as for informational purposes of promoting the seller´s services and products. The seller undertakes to protect the privacy of personal data of all customers and will deal with them in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, or other applicable regulations. The seller may not use or make available to third parties any of the personal data above, except when this is permitted by a special law or is necessary for the fulfilment of contractual obligations.

All user data is strictly preserved and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. All employees of SVIJET DEKORA Ltd. and their business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

If the customer no longer wants the Seller to process his data in any way and requests deletion of the data, he must notify the seller by sending an electronic message to the address wodecor@wodecor.com.
